Is Your Home 100+ Years Old?

The Society’s 100+ Year-Old Home Marker Program is set to tell your home’s story. For 2024, if your house is located in Grandview Heights or Marble Cliff, was built in 1924 or before, and has retained much of its original front exterior façade, you can acknowledge this by displaying a marker in your front yard for the months of September and October this year and future years. Each year going forward, new homes become eligible as they reach the century mark.

For more information on this program and how you can participate, please click here. To apply for a marker, you will need to complete an application and submit it to the Society.

We look forward to increasing the communities’ historical awareness and providing a better understanding of how preservation efforts today impact our tomorrows.

If you have questions, you can contact the Society at ghmchs@gmail.org.
